The After Party

For the second year in a row, Casa Dragones hosted Aspen Food and Wine’s premier afterparty atop the Dancing Bear’s private rooftop lounge. The party has already become a favorite among chefs and the culinary elite, with Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller, Andrew Carmellini, Jim Meehan, Ming Tsai, David Burke, George Mendes, David Chang, Andrew Carmellini, Alex Stupak, Andrew Ticer, and Chris Shepard in attendance. For the evening, Chef Robert McCormick of The Little Nell curated an oyster bar, featuring Brown’s Point from Maine, Wianno from Massachusetts, Pemiquid from Maine, Kusshi from British Columbia, saying, “Casa Dragones Tequila elegantly transports the subtle complexities of its terroir in the Jalisco region and pairs perfectly with oysters.”
