Cinco de Mayo Cocktail: The Passionista at Four Seasons Hotel

Inspired by an exotic beach vacation, The Passionista is crafted with ingredients such as passion fruit puree, mango and honey. Mint is added to bring out the notes of green apple and the semi-sweet notes of agave found in Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco, for a refreshing, summer cocktail.

Cocktail Recipe

2 oz. Casa Dragones Blanco
1 oz. Passion Fruit Puree
1 oz. Mango Puree
0.75 oz. Vanilla Syrup
0.5 oz. Honey Syrup
4 Fresh Mint Leaves
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain over a rocks glass with fresh ice cubes, reaching 1/2 from the rim. Garnish with a fresh pansy and sipping straws.
