This week, Chef Enrique Olvera celebrates Pujol Restaurant’s 10-year anniversary by inviting top chefs from Mexico and the world to cook with him. It’s a good week to be celebrating, as Pujol just made S.Pellegrino’s list of top 100 restaurants.
Last night’s 10-course tasting menu was prepared by Enrique Olvera and Mexican chefs Alejandro Ruiz, Benito Molina, Guillermo González Beristáin, and Jose Ramón Castillo. For Pujol’s customers lucky enough to enjoy the extraordinary cuisine, Chef Olvera chose Casa Dragones as the only tequila served! Buen Provecho!
