Freedom Yacht Dinner

We had an exceptional evening aboard The Freedom, a beautifully restored, classic 1926 104-foot Mathis-Trumpy Fantail Motor Yacht. Chef George Mendes of Aldea Restaurant paired an entire dinner with Casa Dragones Tequila, balancing his signature rustic flavors with the complex notes of the tequila. This included an original pairing of Casa Dragones with a dish of smoked lobster, agave vinaigrette and pickled cherry. A delicious night all around.
