Great Chefs Dinner Pairing

Casa Dragones was very proud to be part of this year’s Great Chefs Dinner in Bridgehampton, NY, with world-renowned Chefs Eric Ripert, Tom Colicchio, Marc Meyer, Laurent Tourondel and Miche Bacher who created an astounding four-course meal for guests including Richard Gere, Bon Jovi, and Florence Fabricant. Casa Dragones was paired with an incredible dessert of Oyster Ponds Berries with Crème Fraiche, a chocolate “Candy Bar” with Blood Orange Chili Caramel, and Rosemary Wafer cookies. The dessert pairing was designed by Chefs Miche Bacher of Sacred Sweets and Emily Wallenjack of Cookshop.
