Anatol’s Dragon Fruit Frozen Margarita

Bartender Alejandro Blanco of Restaurante Anatol in Mexico City creates the delicious Dragon Fruit Frozen Margarita with Casa Dragones Blanco. This aesthetically unique cocktail features mango, lime juice, and slices of Dragon Fruit, finished with Casa Dragones Blanco.

Recipe

1 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
2 oz. Pitaya
1 oz. Dry Curacao
1 oz. Cardamom Syrup
1 oz. Lime Juice
Put everything in a blender.
The Base: 2 oz. Strega, 3 oz. Frozen Blended Mango
Mix the tequila, curacao, syrup, pitaya and lime juice. Blend with the Strega and frozen mango. Pour in a glass. Garnish with slices of Dragon Fruit and add the rest of the ingredients.
