Fresh flavors of agave and pickled watermelon married perfectly with the light citrus notes in Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco to fulfill Chef Diego’s inspiration of infusing the flavors, vibes, and personalities of Austin and Baja into one drink.

1oz. Pickled watermelon Agua Fresca
0.5 oz. agave nectar
0.5 oz. lime juice
A couple sprigs of fresh basil and cilantro
Shake all together and straine and serve up. Garnish with torn basil leaf.
