Coquito at Restaurante Anatol
Mixologist Alejandro Blanco from Restaurante Anatol in Mexico City introduced “Coquito”, a refreshing, coconut water based cocktail that juxtaposes the sweet taste of coconut liqueur and Casa Dragones Blanco’s subtle citrus notes. For an elegant finish, serve in a champagne flute and garnish with a slice of fresh coconut and a natural cherry.
1.5 oz of Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
.5 oz of D’Aristo Coconut Liqueur
3 oz. of coconut water
.5 oz of agave honey
.5 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 fresh cherry
Mix all ingredients and shake without ice. Serve in champagne flute. Garnish with a fresh coconut slice and a natural cherry.
