Craft specialist Jasin Burt lets the smooth, full body of Casa Dragones Blanco stand out in his simple creation, topped with a classic orange zest.
2 oz Casa Dragones Blanco
¾ oz Dry vermouth
½ oz Licor 43
1 Drop Bittermans Hopped grapefruit bitters
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Top with ice and stir to dilution. Strain over ice or one large ice cube into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange zest.
