Cielo Rojo by Oscar Valle and Jeff Bell
A unique combination of Mexican and American styles and flavors, from Limantour Roma’s Oscar Valle and PDT’s Jeff Bell, they crafted the Cielo Rojo with hibiscus and clove to match the fresh, herbaceous aroma of Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco.
1 ½ oz. Casa Dragones Blanco
½ oz. hibiscus and clove syrup
¾ oz. lemon juice
2 muddled and dried chapulines (Mexican Grasshopper)
1 drop mole bitter
1 egg white
How to serve : Dry shake, pour into a coupe glass and garnish with one chapulín.
