The Incredible Hulk by Julian Cox
Julian Cox, James Beard Award nominee, mixologist and Owner of Los Angeles’ Rivera, teamed up with Jorge Vallejo, owner and chef of Mexico City’s restaurant Quintonil to create a perfect summer cocktail.
1.5 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
3/4 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. Agave Syrup
1/4 oz. Green Chartreuse
Pinch of Cilantro
Slice of serrano chili
Muddle the tomatillo, cilantro and the serrano chili, then add the rest of the ingredients and ice.
Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro.
