Rosita at Limantour
Behind the bar at Mexico City’s exclusive cocktail bar, Limantour is mixologist Paul Mangialavori. After becoming inspired by Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco’s fruity notes such as grapefruit and green apple, Mangialavori used lemon and lime juice to add a zest to the body of his creation. With further additions of sweeter ingredients and Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco, the “Pasti” cocktail was created.
1.5 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
½ oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Amaro Averna
½ oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Aperol
Dry Shake to emulsify the egg. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Stir. Double strain. Serve in and old-fashioned glass.
