
Dos Dragones by The Peninsula Hotel Beverly Hills
Inspired by the herbacious notes of Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco, The Peninsula Hotel Beverly Hills crafted the Dos Dragones cocktail with yellow chartreuse, yuzu juice and diced dragon fruit.
Recipe
2 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
½ oz. Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz. Yuzu Juice
¼ oz. Agave Nectar
¼ cup Diced Dragon Fruit
8 each Thai Basil Leaves
Diced Dragon Fruit
Flowering Basil Sprig
Sal de Gusano
Combine all ingredients in a boston shaker. Muddle to mash dragon fruit and basil. Add six cubes of ice and shake. Fine strain over large ice cube into a Sal de Gusano rimmed glass. Place flowering basil sprig into cocktail and serve.
