Vulto Cremery Ouleout on Crostini with Prune Compote
Michelin-starred chef Remi van Peteghem of the Clement Restaurant at the Peninsula New York created an unexpected pairing with Vulto Cremery Ouleout cheese and prune compote with Casa Dragones Joven. Although this cheese is typically paired with wine, Chef Remi was inspired to create this pairing from the subtle apple notes of Casa Dragones Joven.
