Chef Scott Conant’s expertise was on hand at Wally’s Wines in Los Angeles for a special tasting of Casa Dragones. Guided by Wally’s own Gourmet Foods Director Jenny Knotts and Christian Navarro, Conant chose a delectable array of specialty meats and cheeses to pair with the sipping tequila. Guests including Matthew Biancaniello, head bartender of Library Bar at the Roosevelt Hollywood Hotel savored the pairing of Piave Vecchio, Fiore Sardo, and La Quercia Prosciutto Rossa, the poignant tastes of which blended deliciously into the smooth notes of Casa Dragones tequila.
