  Celebrating Gail Simmons at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival

  Casa Dragones spent a sun-filled weekend with the world's most renowned chefs and culinary personalities at the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival. We joined Food & Wine Magazine in celebration of Top Chef: Just Desserts host Gail Simmons' new book, "Talking with my Mouth Full" inside the Fontainebleu Miami. At La Côte Mediterranean Grill, chef Christina Coupet prepared a delicious dinner for guests George Mendes, Melanie Dunea, Michael Chiarello and others, including Bobby Flay, who sipped a double pour beachside.
