Celebrating Exquisite Cuisine at Miami’s Toro Toro Restaurant
Special guests visited the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival for a special event featuring five courses of delicacies from Bruno Oteiza, Chef Richard Sandoval, and pastry chef sister team Alisa Romano & Pati Jinich, all paired with Casa Dragones sipping tequila. Widely recognized for his ability to combine Basque-style cuisine with Mexican ingredients and techniques, Chef Bruno Oteiza of Mexico City’s Biko brought his talents to the Intercontinental Miami’s Toro Toro restaurant to present authentic dishes, including salmon curado, adobo pork belly, seared lamb loin, and more. The evening also featured the work of acclaimed chef Richard Sandoval; Alisa Romano, executive chef of Alisa’s Painted Bistro; her sister, cookbook author an TV personality Pati Jinich, as well as a tasting from Maestra Tequilera, CEO and co-founder of Casa Dragones, Bertha González Nieves.
