Every year, the Pantone Color Institute chooses the color of the year, based on how brands design and organize their color palette. According to Pantone’s official website, the color of the year is Living Coral, a warm tone that provides comfort and draws from the current environment (social media and fashion trends, for example).
To honor the new color, the Mexican tequila company Casa Dragones, has crafted this signature cocktail made with Casa Dragones Blanco, pomegranate syrup, horchata liquor, grapefruit juice and lemon juice, served in a glass with white chocolate decorations.
This cocktail, named Corazón de Dragón (Heart of the Dragon), is available at Zona Áurea, a bar at the Auditiorio Nacional in Mexico City open every time there is an event.
