
Scallop Carpaccio
Chef Bruno Davaillon of The Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek created a special pairing in celebration of Cinco de Mayo. His Scallop Carpaccio is accompanied by pickled radish, cilantro, jalapeño lime pudding, and a seaweed crouton.
Of the pairing, Chef Davaillon says, “The natural sweetness of the Scallop paired with the texture of the radish and sweetness of the Jalapeño lime pudding combine for the perfect match with Casa Dragones Sipping Tequila.”
