Uchepos
Chef Elena Reygadas of Mexico City’s Rosetta Restaurant created a twist on a classic Mexican dish called Uchepos by pairing her creation with Tequila Casa Dragones Joven. This dish features a tamal made of fresh sweet corn and butter and is a traditional dish that originated in the Mexican state of Michoacan. The inherent sweetness of the dish balances well with the subtle hints of vanilla and smooth taste of Tequila Casa Dragones Joven.
