Huichol by Rodo Dominguez
As a part of his residency at the Casa Dragones Tasting Room in San Miguel de Allende, Rodo Dominguez from Xaman Bar in Mexico City introduces “Huichol,” a cocktail that draws its inspiration from the Huichol culture in Mexico.
Made with Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco, the craft cocktail combines the spicy notes in ginger with the herbaceous notes of the chamomile infused chai and hoja santa. Garnished and perfumed with burnt cinnamon, the “Huichol” offers a smoky take on Casa Dragones Blanco’s warmed hints of pepper.

1⅓ oz. chamomile-infused chai
⅓ oz. lime juice
