One For Your Lover
Miami’s Soho Beach House has created a pairing dish with Tequila Casa Dragones Joven that redefines the parameters of a sensual culinary experience. This dish, called “One For Your Lover,” features two edible rose petals with a soft pink coloring that even makes them look as indulgent as they taste. Referred to as “loaded” rose petals, they are topped with strawberry espuma – a type of foam reduction created from the fruit – Ostera caviar and crisp micro greens. Served alongside Tequila Casa Dragones Joven, this dish is designed to create a hands-on dining experience that is both romantic and completely unique.
