Throughout the pop-up, this unique pairing with Tequila Casa Dragones Joven will be featured on their menu and will remain available throughout New York Fashion Week in February of 2017. Founded in Paris in 1927, Caviar Kaspia contributed to the ‘Art of Caviar,’ in France and overseas, establishing the delicacy as an essential dish at all prestigious dinners and events.  With a boutique on the ground floor and the restaurant on the first, the renovated and expanded restaurant retains in every corner the atmosphere that its founder wanted to give it: a warm decor, cozy and soothing, filled with Great Russia memories, the perfect place for a caviar tasting.
