Vanilla Ice Cream with Milk Tuiles
This creative twist on a simple dessert created by Rosetta Restaurant’s chef, Elena Reygadas from Mexico City, is the perfect way to end a meal paired with Tequila Casa Dragones Joven. The dessert features silky vanilla ice cream topped with incredibly thin and airy cookies called milk tuiles, and a traditional beverage called “pulque.” With a slightly sour taste, the Pulque helps to round out the sweetness of the dish, and is made from fermented sap of the agave plant which further accentuates the tequila’s subtle aroma of roasted agave and citrus.
