
Brunch Hosted by Enrique Olvera and David Kinch at Moxi Restaurant
Award-winning chef Enrique Olvera invited chef David Kinch to join him in hosting brunch at Olvera’s Moxi restaurant in San Miguel de Allende, celebrating Hotel Matilda’s fifth anniversary. Chef David Kinch is the Chef-Proprietor of Michelin-star restaurant Manresa, in Los Gatos, California. Over 100 guests including Spook Stream, Spencer Tunick, Gonzalo Lebrija, Bruce James and Bao Ong enjoyed an exclusive pairing of granola crisp grilled oysters and shrimp aguachile with Tequila Casa Dragones Joven, masterfully prepared by chef Kinch. Other exciting menu items included seafood pozole, guava french toast, shellfish miso grilled pineapple and yogurt garden scones.
