Chef Lula and Casa Dragones at Four Seasons Orlando
The combination of delicious food and Tequila Casa Dragones Joven made for a unique experience for diners at Four Seasons Orlando on the evening of May 28. Lula Martin del Campo, the accomplished Mexican chef, author, and philanthropist, created a five-course meal to be paired with Casa Dragones’ exclusive Sipping Tequila. Four Seasons’ Executive Sous Chef Samuel Faggetti created the meals along with Chef Lula. Chef Lula is the Executive Chef at HSBC Bank in Mexico City, and owns Restaurante Roca and Restaurante Carbon in Mexico. The Chefs made Achiote fish ceviche, Tequila Granita, Green Tomatillo and mushroom soup, Steak with cojita cheese sauce, Yellowtail Snapper with chayote, and Corn Brûlée Dessert. Chef Lula’s simple, colorful, and beautifully arranged recipes were a welcomed addition at Four Seasons. Working with one another and playing off of the other’s tastes and textures, these masterfully crafted courses and the Joven cocktails culminated in a truly elegant and authentic, Mexican meal.
