The Four Seasons: Past and Future Gala and Benefit Dinner
We were deeply honored to celebrate and bid farewell to the historic Four Seasons restaurant at their Citymeals on Wheels benefit dinner with top chefs from across the country. Chefs Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Pecko Zantilaveevan, Jim Hutchison, and other notable culinary masters created an exquisite menu with a final Pine Nut Galette dessert by Thomas Keller paired with Casa Dragones Joven. The combined efforts of the chefs delighted attendees, brought significant support for Citymeals on Wheels, and was a noteworthy sendoff for the remarkable Four Seasons restaurant at the Seagram building in New York City.
