Quintonil’s 4th Anniversary Celebration
Tequila Casa Dragones was honored to join Quintonil, #6, Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, as they celebrated their 4th anniversary. Chef Jorge Vallejo and Alejandra Flores invited top chefs from Guadalajara to participate in the momentous occasion, including Paul Bentley from Magno Brasserie, Jesús Escalera from La Postrería, and Francisco Ruano from Alcalde. A signature Casa Dragones Blanco cocktail, the Frozen Nopal Margarita, was crafted for the lunch portion of the menu. Guests were also treated to an exclusive menu paired with Casa Dragones Joven, including corn salad, octopus terrine, avocado tartare, tamalitos, oysters, and more.
