Chefs, media, culinary insiders and tastemakers gathered for a delectable dish of truffle risotto with egg and oxtail sumo paired beautifully with Tequila Casa Dragones Joven. “In this particular dish, truffle works so well with Casa Dragones,” said Scott Conant. “This has a richness to it, this risotto. It’s going to stand up to the alcohol content of the tequila. The truffle notes go so well with the grassiness of the tequila.”
