
Supper Club Kickoff for SMAFF
Enrique Olvera of Moxi restaurant in the Hotel Matilda and Matteo Salas of Áperi restaurant hosted a supper club dinner and pairing with Casa Dragones Joven to launch the San Miguel de Allende Food Festival. The dinner featured dishes from both chefs and “Pozol de los Dioses,” an elegant homage to pozol created by actress-turned-chef Najat Kaanache, also known as “The Pilgrim Chef.”
