Tequila Casa Dragones joined Mesamerica in Mexico City at the Museo Nacional de Antropología for MesaRedonda, a round table discussion on contemporary gastronomy. Topics discussed included sustainability, maintaining traditions and farmlands. Panelists included Chef Michael Bras of Bras Restaurant, Chef Wylie Dufresne of Alder, Chef Alex Ruiz of Casa Oaxaca, Nicola Twilley, Editor of Edible Geography, Soledad Barruti, and journalist Ruth Reichl. Mesamerica is Mexico’s premier gastronomic festival, founded by renowned chef Enrique Olvera.
