Tequila Casa Dragones joined Hotel Thompson Playa Del Carmen in a contemporary and relaxed beachside cookout in celebration of the 4th of July weekend. Thompson Playa Del Carmen’s executive chef Pedro Abascal, chef Rick Bayless of Chicago’s Frontera Grill, chef Paul Bentley of Magno Brasserie in Guadalajara, and chef Alfredo Villanueva of XBX Cafe in San Pedro Garza Garcia treated partygoers to dishes paired with Casa Dragones Joven. With live music, Casa Dragones Joven, and delicious Mexican cuisine like Carnitas de Pulp and Mextlapique, Thompson Playa Del Carmen set off the 4th of July celebrations with flying colors.
