Chef Thomas Keller

Chef Thomas Keller creates a memorable dessert by marrying his gorgeous bittersweet Chocolate Tart with the delicate notes of hazelnut and spiced undertones of Casa Dragones Joven.

Chef Thomas Keller is a James Beard Foundation award-winner and has a total of eight Michelin stars in his restaurants: three at Per Se, three at The French Laundry, one at Bouchon, and one at The Surf Club Restaurant.

Chef Elena Reygadas

Chef Elena Reygadas was the first chef to pair Casa Dragones Joven with oysters. The slightly briny, creamy flavor of her Kusshi Oyster dish pairs perfectly with the minerality and bright, smooth taste of Casa Dragones Joven.

Chef Eric Ripert

Chef Eric Ripert pairs dark chocolate with Casa Dragones Joven, complementing the rich, bittersweet notes of the chocolate with the warm vanilla and spiced undertones of the tequila.

Chef Daniela Soto-Innes

Chef Daniela Soto-Innes creates a new take on classic Mexican street food with her pairing of Strawberry Raspado and Hoja Santa Ice Cream with Casa Dragones Joven. The fragrant, creamy dessert marries beautifully with the gentle, floral notes of the tequila.

Chef Daniela Soto-Innes is the winner of the James Beard Foundation Rising Star Chef of the Year award and was named World’s Best Female Chef by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2019.

Tzuco, Chicago

Chef Carlos Gaytán

Chef Carlos Gaytán chooses to pair his elegant “Orange” dish with Casa Dragones Joven, as the beautiful combination of the citrus notes and aromas of this pairing create an elevated culinary experience. 

Chef Carlos Gaytán holds a total of two Michelin stars: one earned in 2013 for Mexique, making him the first Mexican-born chef to receive the distinction, and a second awarded in 2024 for Ha’, which retained its star in 2025. He was also a contestant on Bravo’s Top Chef and is widely recognized as an ambassador of Mexican cuisine worldwide.

Chef Martha Ortiz

Chef Martha Ortiz creates a magnificent pairing of Toasted Corn Ice Cream and Cocoa Nibs with Casa Dragones Joven. The rich, creamy notes of this beautiful dessert marry with the vanilla and spiced undertones of the tequila, while the sweet roasted agave notes complement the toasted notes of the ice cream.  

Chef Martha Ortiz was a judge on Top Chef Mexico in 2016 and is the author of eight cookbooks.

Quintonil, Mexico City

Chef Jorge Vallejo

Chef Jorge Vallejo pairs Casa Dragones Joven with Smoked Crab, balancing the smokiness of the dish with the sweet roasted agave notes. The lime and watermelon radish of the dish are complemented by the light citrus notes of the tequila.

Chef Jorge Vallejo’s restaurant, Quintonil, is #3 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025.

The Modern, New York City

Chef Jiho Kim

Executive Pastry Chef Jiho Kim created an exquisite pairing of The Modern’s Chocolate Tart with Casa Dragones Joven. The rich, creamy cocoa flavors balance perfectly with the hints of hazelnut and distinctively warm finish of Casa Dragones Joven.

Chef Jiho Kim is the head chef and owner of Joomak Banjum and formerly served as Executive Pastry Chef at The Modern, a two Michelin star restaurant.

Alcalde, Guadalajara

Chef Francisco Ruano

Chef Francisco “Paco” Ruano creates an inventive pairing of Shrimp Tartar with Crispy Chayote and Casa Dragones Joven. The mild fruit taste of the chayote marries with the delicate notes of pear, while the minerality of the tequila balances the creaminess of the raw shrimp.

Chef Francisco Ruano is the winner of Latin America’s 50 Best One To Watch award in 2016. His restaurant, Alcalde, is ranked #15 on Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 and #51 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list.
