As the chef of Lure Fishbar, Josh Capon is no stranger to seafood that packs a punch. Josh Capon is the executive chef and partner behind Lure Fishbar, B&B Winepub and El Toro Blanco in New York City. After graduating Johnson & Wales University in 1994, he assisted in the opening of the Lenox Room and then worked at Park Avenue Cafe, where he was offered an exchange opportunity to work in Europe. There he spent the next year honing his cooking skills in several different restaurants across Europe before returning to the U.S. and building his own culinary empire.
