Chef and Owner Abraham Salum offers a fresh new look into the cuisine of his native Mexico at Dallas’ Komali restaurant, choosing to pair his Tuna Tartare Tostadas with Casa Dragones Tequila. Created with fresh cantaloupe, chile piquin and cucumber, chef Salum chose the dish due to the sweetness of the cantaloupe, and the spiciness of the chile, combined with the citrus notes of the splash of lime juice, complementing Casa Dragones.
