
Hazelnut Praline Semifreddo
Coppa Executive Chef Brandi Key has created a decadent Hazelnut Praline Semifreddo of toasted marshmallow, hazelnut powder, shaved chocolate, and a shot of white chocolate flavored espresso.
This dessert is part semifreddo, part sundae and part affogato. It is served in a shallow bowl with all of the components displayed beautifully, with the shot of white chocolate flavored espresso poured over the semifreddo. Chef Key tells us, “Everything comes together as you eat it: hot, cold, crunchy, smooth, sweet & bitter all play well with the Casa Dragones Tequila.”
