Dressed Oysters
Casa Dragones is now available at the newly opened Lure restaurant in South Beach, where Chef Josh Capon created refreshing pairings of Casa Dragones with a variety of dressed oysters and scallops, including Kusshi Oysters with Jalepeno Ponzu, Brogues Bay Oysters with Pineapple Salsa, Kumamoto Oysters with Fresh Wasabi Leaf and Lemon, and also Taylor Bay Scallops with Cucumber Mango Relish.
Of the pairings, Executive Chef Capon noted, “the crisp, clean and refreshing taste of Casa Dragones goes well with the variety of fresh oysters and seafood offered at Lure Fishbar. A glass of champagne is nice, but with Casa Dragones, it truly makes this pairing an extraordinary and elegant dining experience.”
