Lamb Carpaccio
Chef Salvatore Tassa is the world-renowned chef at Italy’s Restaurant Ciociare Colline. Not only has his restaurant received a Michelin star, but it is also one of the most rewarded restaurants in Lazio, Italy, receiving awards such as the Best Restaurant 2013 by L’Espresso Restaurant Guide.
Delighted with the diversity of Mexican products on his visit to Mexico, Chef Tassa was especially taken by Casa Dragones Tequila, pairing it with a lamb carpaccio served with tequila lime sorbet, saying, “Never give up, never give in when you have Casa Dragones Tequila.”
