Shrimp and Amberjack Ceviche
Chef Martha Ortiz of Dulce Patria Restaurant (#48 on the list of 50 best restaurants in Mexico City) used the complex characteristics and smooth flavor of Tequila Casa Dragones Joven as inspiration for a unique seafood pairing dish. By using the refreshing flavors of the sea from shrimp and Amberjack ceviche – delicately cut slices of yellowtail tuna – fresh coconut and sapote, a soft, fruit that is native to Latin America, this dish is a refreshing and crisp pairing dish ripe with traditional Mexican flavors.
