Chocolate Mousse
Chef Simone Mua of Casa Tua Miami pairs Casa Dragones with a dessert of chocolate mousse with oranges and fleur de sel.
Of the pairing, Chef Mua says, “The dark chocolate is so nice with the subtle aging in the tequila. I added oranges to match the citrus notes – they just burst in your mouth with flavor.
