Casa Dragones Blanco Cocktail at The Modern
Mixologist Sean Kelly from The Modern uses the bright citrus notes and the long, peppery finish of Casa Dragones Blanco to create this signature craft cocktail. Bigallet China-China Amer is combined with Alander spiced rum to give this cocktail body and depth, while fresh lime juice is balanced by orgeat syrup and dry curaçao in order to keep with the spirit of a Mai Tai—the result is an easy-drinking springtime escape.
1½ oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. Bigallet China-China Amer
½ oz. Far North Spirits “Alander” Spiced Rum
½ oz. Orgeat Syrup
¼ oz. Dry Curacao
Shake and serve in a highball glass.
