Mini Sesame Ferrero & Salted Caramel Macaron
Inspired by the smooth hazelnut undertones and warm vanilla finish of Casa Dragones Joven, Chef Jesus Escalera, owner of La Postrería in Jalisco, paired mini sesame Ferrero with salted caramel macarons for a dulcified experience. Chef Jesus Escalera found his passion to be a chef at the young age of 15, when he spent the summer in Seville working in a bakery. His dedication and skill took him to the kitchens of Hacienda Benazuza, where he discovered his love for pastries.
