Tequila Casa Dragones Joven’s hazelnut, spice and warm vanilla notes provide balance to the acidity and salty flavor of the goat’s cheese combined with the rhubarb tartine crafted by Chef Paul Bentley.  Originally from Australia, Paul is a visionary with more than 20 years of dining experience.  His discipline and training allow him to be a part of the ranks of restaurants.  In 2015, Paul opened Magno Brasserie, where the kitchen is mixed with ingenuity, adventure and surprising products.
