Inspired by the citrus notes and spiced undertones of Casa Dragones Joven, chef Remi paired a refreshing dish with chilled watermelon and a dash of chili flakes. Clement restaurant debuts a new, notable American Fare concept, designed to highlight an approachable sensibility to midtown dining.
