Hibiscus Soul at Bistro BÈC
The citrus and floral notes in Casa Dragones Blanco are masterfully expressed with hibiscus flower and grapefruit in this inviting cocktail by César Ponce “Burrín” from Bistro Bec in Mexico City.
1.5 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
0.5 oz. Cinzano Extra Dry
0.5 oz. Pamma Liqueur
0.5 oz. Hibiscus flower tea syrup
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice, stir well and strain into a high ball glass. Add fresh ice cubes, twist grapefruit peel over the glass to release its aromatic oils. Garnish with two guava slices and a fresh basil leaf.
