Coquito at Restaurante Anatol
Mixologist Alejandro Blanco from Restaurante Anatol in Mexico City introduced “Coquito”, a refreshing, coconut water based cocktail that juxtaposes the sweet taste of coconut liqueur and Casa Dragones Blanco’s subtle citrus notes. For an elegant finish, serve in a champagne flute and garnish with a slice of fresh coconut and a natural cherry.
Cocktail Recipe
1½ oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
½ oz. D’Aristo Coconut Liqueur
3 oz. coconut water
½ oz. agave honey
½ oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 fresh cherry
fresh-sliced coconut
Mix all ingredients and shake without ice. Serve in Champagne flute. Garnish with a fresh cherry and a coconut slice.
