2 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
1 Medium Cactus Paddle
1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 Parsley Sprig
Put all ingredients in a blender; blend well. Strain into shaker; shake over ice. Serve in a high-ball glass. Garnish with grilled pineapple slice and parsley.
