Bosques Dragones by Christopher Ayala, Mike Espinoz, and Abraham Delgado
During the Jamming Session in San Miguel de Allende, three bartenders from top Mexican restaurants crafted the Bosques Dragones. Christopher Ayala of The Backroom, Mike Espinoz of Quince and Abraham Delgado of El Hueso incorporated fresh lime, mint and cucumber together with Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco to create a refreshing summer cocktail with a kick, perfect for sipping under the sun or all year round.
2 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
0.5 oz. Fresh lime juice
0.8 oz. Mint syrup
Dash of Poblano Chili Liqueur
Dash of Saint Germain
Macerate cucumber and add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Fine strain over a glass
