Miranda Tequila Cocktail Made With Casa Dragones

Please Don’t Tell’s lead bartender Jim Meehan and celebrity chef Scott Conant joined together at the 2015 Aspen Food & Wine Classic to create a uniquely crafted cocktail with Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco. The result was a summery, Italian-inspired Miranda cocktail featuring grapefruit juice and Casa Dragones Blanco.


1½ oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
1½ oz. La Spinetta Rosé Wine
¾ oz. pink grapefruit juice
¾ oz. Contratto Aperitif
1 large basil leaf

Muddle the basil leaf with the Aperitif in a mixing glass. Add tequila, grapefruit juice, and wine. Stir with ice and fine strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a half a pink grapefruit wheel.
