
Honey Sparkle at Please Don’t Tell
Behind the bar at New York City’s, Please Don’t Tell, Jim Meehan crafted the Honey Sparkle cocktail. The James Beard award-winning mixologist used a combination of honey, Suze aperitif, Champagne and Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco and named the drink “Honey Sparkle.” With the inclusion of champagne, the Honey Sparkle is a bubbly and refreshing drink, perfect for an occasional celebration.
Recipe
1.5 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
0.25 oz. Honey Syrup (2-1)
¼ tsp. Suze Aperitif
Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Top with 1 oz. Pierre Peters Champagne. No garnish.
